There’s movement on the cosmetics regulation front. This week a bi-partisan bill has been introduced by Senators Dianne Feinstein of California and Susan Collins of Maine that would grant the Federal Drug Administration (FDA) a little more authority — for the first time ever — to regulate the personal care products industry.
