Being entirely gluten free, mostly dairy free and mostly sugar free (including alcohol and fruit) usually makes me feel pretty confident in my eating healthy capabilities. Eliminating those food categories practically eliminates my entire ability to make unhealthy choices… right? Maybe. Sometimes.
